Delivery times of QLUTCH

For every order, please allow 24 hours processing time.

After your order has been processed, shipping time varies per country:

Orders in Europe: 2-4 working days
Orders in United Kingdom: 2-5 working days
Orders in United States: 3-6 working days

All our orders are packed and delivered from our central warehouse in Utrecht, The Netherlands.

In some cases, it may unfortunately take a little longer, because there is a delay at PostNL, DHL or GLS. If you have not received the package after 5 business days, please contact our customer service.

You will receive an email as soon as your package is handed over to DHL, PostNL or GLS. This email contains your Track & Trace code with which you can track your package.

Please note: a delivery address can no longer be changed once the order has been placed.
